CCA Overview
The Rope Skipping CCA aims to instill the 4Ds—Determination, Discipline, Diligence, and Dedication—in our skippers through weekly training sessions. Members will progressively learn and master Level 1, 2, and 3 skipping skills. Those who demonstrate both talent and the 4Ds may have the opportunity to represent the school at the annual National Rope Skipping Championships and Jump Rope Grading. Beyond competitions and awards, the CCA emphasizes the importance of values that skippers can carry with them throughout life.

This year, 23 students were selected to represent the school in the 2025 National Rope Skipping Competition across various events. Did you know there’s also a performance category? That’s right—our skippers not only had to demonstrate their technical skills but also put on an engaging and well-coordinated performance.
